Get Involved! Plaza District Festival!

Planning is underway for the 2010 Plaza District Festival in October, but we are in need of volunteeers intersted in serving on sub-committees to plan the great festival to date! It is a one day festival in the Plaza District filled with art, music, food, kids activities and more. The following are sub committees whom we need volunteers to serve by planning:

Sponsorships & Fundraising

Artists

Stage/Performance

Food

Marketing

Volunteers

Kids Activities

Event Logistics (securing permits, layout, equipment, rentals)

We are really needing more help in planning to make the festival a success! This is a great way to make a big impact by volunteering on a smaller committee! Serving on a festival sub-committee is not a huge time commitment, but are looking for people who are willing to stick with their tasks until the event day! Whether you’re skilled in organization, creativity, or a jack of all trades–we need you! Contact Kristen@plazadistrict.org if you are intersted or have any questions!
