It’s a holiday on the Plaza, and we have much in store! Don’t mind the cold. We will have plenty of cider, hot chocolate and local goodness to warm you up! Sport your favorite winter hat for our “Hatty Holiday” contest. Categories include:

Stop in to Collected Thread to have your photo taken for the contest. Prizes include gift certificates to Plaza District businesses! While you’re at Collected Thread be sure to check out the installation by Lauren Miller and all the handmade holidays gifts!

The Plaza District has partnered with the Latino Community Development Agency in collecting toys for their Holiday Toy Drive. Please bring a new toy to any Plaza District business and help the many families the agency serves!

DNA Galleries will host work by artist Josh Reynolds, local and talented tattoo artist. Also stop in DNA for plenty of holiday shopping with artist made accessories, clothing and gifts.

Lyric Theatre will open up the lobby for a warm spot along the Plaza. Stop in for cider, hot chocolate and information about upcoming shows—especially next week’s show December Divas!

After warming up in Lyric, you will surely be ready for Christmas Karaoke at Coffy’s Café. Stop in for holiday tunes, and delicious vegetarian and gluten free treats!

Next head on to Curiouser & Curiouser for a holiday open house, then next door to Bad Granny’s Bazaar for holiday sales, funky finds, snacks and a visit from Santa Claus himself from 8-10pm!

Be sure to visit holiday open houses at PhotoArt Studios and No Regrets Tattoo. Warm up outside no Regrets with Christmas Carolers, a fire pit, and hot cider and then head into Chaparney for featured artist Morgan Robinson.

Down the way at Midwest Media, check out the @1614 exhibit for Annalist Campbell with a salsa bar and reception. Upstairs above Midwest Media visit the Plaza District Association’s new office gallery, with work from Plaza District artists and friends. This reception is the kickoff to the Plaza District Membership Drive, so view fabulous work and learn about the Plaza District Association.

Next head over to Warpaint Clothing for featured artist Mark White as well as holiday shopping. Also don’t miss Paula & Co Realtors for your final stop, with a teachers art exhibit.
